Special guest speaker Kevin Hicks of Foley Family Wines will guide you through the featured wines and pairings throughout the evening.

From Ferrari-Carano Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir to Merlot, Tresor Red Blend, and Chardonnay, each wine has been carefully selected to complement a unique course—from fried local oysters and braised pork to stuffed South Carolina quail, filet mignon, and a North Carolina apple dumpling.
